Choose 'New Game' or 'Adventure' from the main menu. When prompted, say 'Yes,' that you would like to play the tutorial. It should take you about ten minutes to complete unless you get stuck in the open area with the little bugs. If that's the case, cut through the tall grass blocking your path onto the fallen tree to progress through the level. After that, fight a few more enemies and fill your flask or whatever at the glowing blue fountain.
