I pick this one up during the Hive mission.
When you encounter the Holsom twins they will burst spawning about ~6 Octababies. Many of the girls throughout the level do this, so you should be able to pick it up before you reach the Alien Queen. Dont shoot the girls, just wait for the aliens to burst spawn from them till you get the achievement. Also as the others said before, look down at the aliens while moving towards them and it'll trigger the stomp.
