You will get this achievement on the large alien ship you face above the city where you sit in the turret gun.

The kills will accumalate so just keep shooting down the alien drop ships, and when the ship has low enemy just let yourself die as you will restart at the ship still.

And then just keep killing them until you've got five and the achievement pops, and once you do that then just finish destroying the ship.

REMEMBER

You can also get the destroy the twenty alien fighters for the 'Baron von Nukem' achievement and 'Natural Disaster 3x' as you can blow up one of the drop shits killing 3 enemies inside.
