You will get this achievement on the large alien ship you face above the city.

The kills will accumalate so just keep shooting down the alien fighters, and when the ship has low energy just let yourself die as you will restart at the ship still.

And then just keep killing them until you've got twenty and the achievement pops, and once you do that then just finish destroying the ship.
