The pregnator is a large, grotesque, insect-like alien, shaped somewhat like spiked male genitalia with a random appendage that hangs over it's body.
It shoots white balls of goo that resemble sperm. These are the "pregnator bombs."
The pregnator makes it's first appearance in Chapter 8: The Hive. During Part 2 of The Hive, close the end of the chapter, you'll fight many of them in a egg filled nest. Kill all but a couple, then let remaining one or two hit you with a "bomb." Just be cautious not to let them get too close, as they will cling to Duke, forcing you to either kill them, or die.

Can also be easy done when you fight the three tits monster. After a few hits she shoots out a rolling ball with an enemy in it. This enemy will throw sperm at you (you know you have been hit when your vision is plastered with white splats)
Just run from one end to the other and let this thing hit you with the substance.
Remember: Do this in the beginning because later on you have to fight Octabrains as well and this mother thing will become more agressive towards you |
