Very easy achievement and probably one of the funniest achievement names on xbox.

At the very start of the game you start infront of a urinal pissing.

Simply press X to exit and turn around and on the right around the corner your find the cubicles.

Just walk up to one of the first two cubicles and press X when it says grab to pick the turd out of the toilet bowl.

The achievement will then pop.

And for fun you can then throw it against the wall.

"There is also a second chance to get this achievement later in the restrooms at the Duke Burger. (That's how I got it)
