for this you need a second controller (not sure if it can be done online). Go into distributor mode in free play once youve hooked up your second controller and choose oil rig.

You will notice the ditributor spawn in the middle of the map, so with you second controller go and collect it and wait on the in ground in the middle.

Now with your main profile, go and knock into him using the RS and the second controller will drop the distributor. You should be able to do this twice before the second controller dies.

When it does die just bring it back and repeat the process.
