All you need to do is simply change your title AND icon to one of the NEW ones that have been added with the Arcade Edition dlc.

How to change your title and icon:
At the main menu press RB
- Then press X for the Icons and Y for the Titles
- Then pick an icon and a title that has a new symbol next to them.
- Then play a match ONLINE with you new title and icon
At the END of the match(win or lose) the achievement will unlock

PS - All the NEW titles and Icon are unlocked from the begining and are related to the 4 new characters(Evil Ryu, Oni, Yun and Yang). So you must pick one of their titles, and icons not an existing title or icon.
