I'll preface this by saying I am a Rail Shooter noob...but I managed to get this on my first play through. I don't really have a list of all the items so if someone has that I can add it to this solution, but this should not be too difficult if I managed to do this on my first time through the game.

Anytime you notice the items like euphoria or health orbs just make sure to get them.
