Play the Journey Archive and make your way to the Boss, it is extremely easy to achieve 10 consecutive Octa-Locks on him. When the three Red Dragon Things fly around, just keep locking on and firing right in the middle of your screen, there are so many individual parts to target that you can easily get up to 15 or 20 Oca-Locks without even moving your Crosshair
