What we have here is basically Child of Eden's horde mode.
This becomes available after completing the game on normal difficulty.
The rules have changed a little bit in this level from the rest of the game. The enemies are different, the bullets are different. The most common bullet looks like a small fireball.
There are 10 levels to complete within this archive. Each taking about 2-3 minutes to complete.
The ratio doesn't lie on this one. A true beast of an achievement.
I'm going to keep updating this solution with tips as I make it farther into this, but for now I've included a video of someone completing it.
