For this you have to basically beat the level, but closer to the end you have a boss you have to defeat who charges at you with swords spinning on his hands. The way to defeat him is when he charges at you, dodge into his path (Forward + A) which will stun him, then go to his backside and you'll see a red blob which is his life force, if you just use your pistol it will take a long time so switch to your shotgun (Dpad - right) and it will only take a shot or two to kill him.
