This one is a little more tricky than the first. When Sister Grim brings the darkness out, you have to "light" shot her. Then aim for the red bubble. After the first couple of times, she will spawn "decoys". Look for the red on the vest (around the shoulders) "light" shoot, then peck away. Each time she brings the darkness additional decoys are spawned.
