If you are going for the total destruction achievements, this achievement may unlock naturally.
For those who are not going for the three stars on every level or want the achievement faster, World 2-2 on the Poached Eggs chapter is the best way to grind out this achievement.
When playing this level, avoid the pig on the top right hand corner and split the birds right as they are about to hit the ice blocks. Using this method, you sould be able to get 30+ ice blocks every go.
*Note: I do not take credit for the video and no matter if you win, lose, restart at the end or restart manually, all of your blocks count.*

This will take awhile as there is no way to check how close you are but I found the easiest level to get this is on 2-11 of the poached eggs chapter. There are alot of glass circles in between 2 stone walls but you get the bomb bird so you can do extensive damage.
Note I take no credit to the video.
