I chose Tezzeret's deck 'Machinations'. It's a black/blue/white deck concentrating on artifacts.

The artifacts really came in handy against her damage spells.

The cards you will want to have on your hand are Venser's Journal (This could save your life later on), 1 Steel Overseer (one of the best cards in the deck, just keep tapping its ability to make all your artifact creatures stronger), 1 Pilgrim's Eye or Snapsail Glider. These will get powerful in a few turns if you manage to keep your Steel Overseer. Plus Snapsail Glider will have flying as long as you have three or more artifacts! Flying will really help to get her health down.
If she manages to kill all your weaker artifact creatures, one or two Razorfield Rhinos will solve that. Cast the sorcery card 'Sleep' if Chandra has lots of powerful creatures and finish her off with buffed Pilgrim's Eye/Snapsail Glider and Razorfield Rhinos. Rhinos should be at least +6/+6 and if you have two you should be able to finish her in one turn (the turn you cast 'Sleep' of course).

Good luck!

Chandra Nalaar use a solid Red deck named Unquenchable Fire.

A lot of these are low cost cards costing 1, 2 and 3 mana, and the majority focus on dealing damage rather than playing in metagames, such as buffing or countering or debilating. It's a deck that will look to sink you as early as possible, so a good starting hand against her is necessary.

Her deck consists of cards with Haste, but has very little to stop creatures with Flying.

If you can build mana and a defense well then she should be no problem to beat; leave an opening early on, and you might be in trouble far too soon, by the time you've got the power to heal yourself, she's probably already set up to finish you off.

It's all about quickness for this one. She will be the 7th Planeswalker you face in the campaign.

And no, I have no idea why the Achievement tile shows Jace instead...
