This can easily be done by yourself with two controllers.

Simply set up your match for 5 rounds, 3 minute time limit. Make a match private split screen match for you and your dummy controller. You can go idle for most of the match and just come back and get some points near the end of the round or you can work towards the

This is easy to do you just set up on fresh fish on recruit difficulty. Set to three minute rounds, and five rounds. When you play by yourself in practice you win every round.
