For this achievement you need to kill one of each of the listed enemies. You should have encountered the genlock, the genlock alpha, hurlock alpha and the bronto before you reach the second seal.
The deepstalkers first appear at the start of Corypheis's Prison - Tower Base, you will see them run off to the right when you enter. Simply follow them and the achievement will unlock when the fist deepstalker is killed.
