You will need to play 38 matches in the spanish league to get this achievement. Be Barcelona or Real Madrid since they are the best teams. Set the time to 5 mins and difficulty to beginner or amateur and set cup matches to NO. (this does not affect the achievement.) The achievement will unlock after you have played the 38 games and clicked to go to the ceremony.
This is really easy and should take no longer than 4-5 hours to get.
