To win this achievement you must gain a bronze medal in all the exercises. This is done by completing exercise at beginner level (which can be changed in the Fitness Test screen in Player Tracker)

Your progress can be tracked by going to Player Tracker - Rewards - Mastery Levels.

If you have completed an exercise at silver or gold level but not Bronze, you must complete this exercise at Bronze level for the achievement to unlock.
