You simply need to drive all the cars from the DLC once. You can do this in any game mode whether it be Time Trial, Single Player Race, World Tour or Online. I did it in Time Trial. You do not need to finish the race either if you don't want to. Just drive for 10 seconds and quit if you want. These are all the cars in the pack and their classes.

Peugeot 205 T16 Evo2 – Rally Group B
Citroen C4 RallyX – Rallycross
Saturn Sky – Gymkhana
Ford Mustang GTR – Trailblazer Modern |

You will first need to have purchased the Mud and Guts car pack from the Xbox LIVE marketplace.
There are 5 new cars, they are available in the following categories:
Lancia Stratos - 70s (Rally)
Peugeot 205 T16 Evo 2 - Group B (Rally/Rallycross)
Citroen C4 Rallycross - Rallycross
Saturn Sky - Gymkhana
Ford Mustang GT - Trailblazer (Modern)
You can drive the cars in any mode (Dirt Tour, Singleplayer or Multiplayer) but the faster method to unlock this is to load up a Singleplayer race, drive for a few yards then retire.
The achievement will pop in the loading screen
