There are 4 events for Shibuya:
Season 1 - Rockstar Tansworld Clash - Tokyo Rallyx Classic
Season 2 - Pro Invitational - Battle In Tokyo
Season 3 - NX Shoot Out - Sasazuka Skirmish
Season 4 - Fidanza Global Legends - King Of Higashi

Doing all the events took me roughly 30minutes. To make it easier on yourself have the AI on the lowest difficulty and damage off.

Achievement will pop in the loading screen after completing the 4th event
