Once you get the storyboard showing you the big rock looking thing (a comet?) on that level you will see a mini bar is avaliable with a picture of the comet. Wait for some crows and then touch the picture and click on the screen where the crows are to squish them and unlock the achievement. This happens early on in Gnomeville.
