For this achievement you are required to win 5 matches (of any type) flying a RAF plane (spitfire, sopwith camel etc, pick a plane with the circle icon) Easiest done with a boosting buddy playing Capture the flag, with points set to 3. Should take around 4 minutes or less a round using a Jet Fighter.
Note: This can be done on System Link - easier for dual console boosters.
