The first mission of Chapter 3 (Defend Bridge) starts with you approaching six enemies. Fly forward shooting rockets at them. If you get close, crash into the ground. Restart checkpoint and fire your rockets right away. If you miss, keep restarting until you hit them.

This takes a bit of luck and a bit of judgement.
