From the Main Menu select Challenge and then TRIAL. There will be a dialogue box noting that Trial Mode is not compatible with Arcade Edition.

Each of the 35 characters has 24 trials that involve successfully performing increasingly difficult combos. In order to unlock this achievement you simply need to clear any ten trials. These need not be consecutive or even from the same character so this shouldn't be difficult to get at all.
