*Story based achievement, can't be missed*

The queen is the boss in level 3-4. Use a sniper rifle and aim for the sack on top until it turns black. You'll hear some radio chatter about the queen then aim for the sack on the end of the queen. You'll know if it is a good hit or not when the body flashes after you shoot. Unload and this achievement will be yours.
