If you are doing this by yourself a good place is the first level of survival mode. It has a base turret that you can use to get through the first three waves ( 1st - ants, 2nd - ants and ticks, 3rd spiders and ticks) in about 5 or 6 minutes. Just restart after the first three waves (hectors show up in 4th) and you should get 30 to 35 waves an hour.
