At the end of level 1-7, right as you are finishing the second pink infinite explosion blocks part, instead of continuing regularly slide down the wall right after the electricity and a secret exit will be right there.
If this is not clear enough, I have included a video. The video also shows how to get the STAR ROAD Achievement.
