The Best Defence ...
"Use Protego to defeat 20 enemy wizards at close range."

Basically all you need to do is use protego when your next to an enemy and run into them with the "shield." It will either knock them down or kill them if their health is low enough. If they only got knocked down just do it again. Rinse and repeat for the remaining kills.

You get the protego spell during the first mission.
