As the description says, destroy 5 helicopters in the campaign.

Over the course of the campaign you will destroy 4 helicopters ('boss' fights). Simply reload a chapter with a helicopter (such as the first) and kill it once more.

EDIT: As mentioned, you can also kill a helicopter (such as the one on the first level) and then quickly reload the last checkpoint and repeat until it unlocks.
