When you're in the Stray Sheep bar you have the option to drink various liquor. Just sit down and press X until your current drink is empty, then when they ask for your order, select Sake. After you finish your glass you will receive a piece of Sake trivia. Listen to all the trivia to unlock this achievement. Just keep drinking it until you've heard it all.

Note: I'm fairly certain you can only hear one per drink every night. So you can't just down a bunch of Sake to get this quickly. Just remember to drink it each night.
