Before you can do this achievement, you must have already beaten all 64 stages, as well as getting all four rosaries in levels 52, 56, 60, and 64. For beating all stages, you will unlock...
If you beat the game with all four rosaries, you will see a message telling you to input a code at the title screen. The code only works if you've done this! A heart will be on the logo if you can input the code. Enter Up, Down Down, Up Up Up, Down Down Down Down, Right. If done correctly, you'll hear a tone and the menu will take a purple tint. If it doesn't work, press Y to force it back to the title and try again. When you start, you will unlock...
Now there are another 64 Extra stages. Like the previous achievements, you must acquire the rosaries, which are now triggered by collecting magic lamps on stages 52, 56, 60 and 64.
