A perfect rating (158.3) requires at least a 77.5% completion rate, at least 12.5 yards per attempt, a touchdown on at least 11.875% of attempts, and no interceptions.
Easiest way to do this (imo) is to throw one pass over 13 yards and score. Very simple if you're playing on rookie, with all of your stats up and theirs down. A good idea for this is to run a fake field goal from about the 20. Make sure your backup isn't terrible, and throw it to the "X" receiver when he is in the end zone.
Then you can still use your regular QB without worrying about this.
Btw, I was actually able to get this in Superstar mode as a RB, so if you're lucky, your QB will do this for you. (If Gerrard can do it for me, anyone can for you.) (I also got the 2 pick 6 achievement this way. I'm not sure how many this will work for if you get really lucky, but I assume any are possible...) |

| This is an easy achievement just have all your sliders up and the CPU sliders all the way down. Play one minute quarters and on easy difficulty. All you need to do now is complete at least five passes without one dropping for the whole game and you will unlock the achievement. If you select the shorter pass plays then your receiver will probably not drop anything. |

| Pick a team with a good QB and play on rookie and go for short pass plays and the occasional deep pass. The key to to be accurate as too many incompletions will kill it for you (I used Matt Shaub and threw for 300+ yards and 6 TDs but i had a 58% completion rate so it killed it for me) If you throw 5 passes in a row the announcers will let you know, and that is how you know you are on track. once you see your QB has a rating over 149 run the ball the rest of the way |

| Best Solution is to play a game on easy and stack your difficulty sliders all the way up for passing and receiving, play 2 min quarters and try to only pass the ball 5-6 times without making and in-completion and you'll be fine |

| i got this one without trying i had the game on easy mode just try not to drop balls and this should come up in your first ten or so games. |
