The first time 10 customers will appear for you is towards the end of The Mall (1st Salon)
The ammount of customers you get is based on your speed. The quicker you can get them out of the waiting chair so there is more room the more that will come in. The customers that enter are random and some levels will move faster than others.
The more available waiting chairs you have the better your chances of drawing in 10 customers.
Customers will only enter if there are available seats, so a good tip is to clear the people off the waiting chairs before ones that are waiting for the next step.

From here you just have to keep the customers from leaving and get to the end, the achievement will pop at the results screen.
Note: This achievement only applies to the Story mode and if done in Survival mode will not pop |
