Easiest place to get this is on Mission 3, where you play as Darius and have to place beacons for the orbital cannon. After you place the second beacon, jump on one of the cultist turrets that is facing the bridge you crossed over. A bunch of cultists will start attacking from this way while the beacon gets ready to fire. After 10 kills it'll unlock.
