This is a fairly easy achievement.

Play Arcade mode, and wait for a Frenzy (red/green) powerup. Hit it.

Instead of waiting for a huge combo, you need to make 4 combos during the frenzy. So your aim, is to hit 4 combos of 3 fruits (4x3).

When the Frenzy starts, as soon as three fruits appear slice them. Do not wait for more to appear, as then your combo will be higher and you'll run out of fruit during the Frenzy.

It might take a few goes as you may hit higher combos than you require.
