Just to be clear this DOES contain SPOILERS..... Anyhow lets proceed

This Secret Achievement is Called 'Unforeseen Consequence'
You need to convince Zeke Sanders to let his hostage go through conversation. During Chapter 2 you will reach a cutscene with Zeke Sanders and the hostage you need to respond to his questions etc correctly... the choices you should chose are:

Try to free Josie
Reason
Empathize
Reason
