You will come to the point of obtaining this achievement through the story However it is missable so let's proceed.
You will need to make 4 choices during the conversation, now here are the choices you need to make:
1) Discredit
2) Redirect
3) Confront
4) Redirect
this will make Bill Taggart slip up and tell the crowd that he wishes to talk to you.

Further more if you sneak into this dressing room backstage and use his computer, you will never be able to enter the conference room as shown in my video so you will actually completely miss this achievement !!

The other solutions didn't work me on Give Me A Challenge with the Social Enhancer augment.
I did :
Confront
Redirect
Confront
Discredit
Make sure you ignore the option to use your social enhancer augment. |
