Simply boot up the game and go into Casual multiplayer, play a couple of matches and there you go, achievement unlocked.

NOTE TO GEARS 2 PLAYERS :
If you have gained at least level 5 in Gears 2 Multiplayer, the achievement will unlock for you automatically
