do the first pose (left most) on the suit you start with then switch suits (raise left arm) and do the first pose with your second suit (also left most pose) now switch back to your first suit and do any other pose.
note the characters with hold poses should be avoided and use characters with high speed or high chain status |

| i found this easiest to do on the training mode, as it gave you the poses to do in the top right of the screen and the dummy dosent fight back. |
