To obtain this achievement you must beat the death knight at the end of the mines.

To beat the knight first you must destroy the crystals shielding him (this can be easily accomplished by having the him attack them himself).
After all four crystals are destroyed you must them target the orb that brought the death knight to life. Once the orb has been defeated you will unlock the achievement.
