This is a pretty straightforward chapter which follows the usual, two section layout. Obviously, there are spoilers below.

For the first section of this chapter, you’ll be posing as Ordell. Leila will challenge you to complete a short but technical checkpoint race. This course has a lot of sharp corners and so it is easy to either drift out of control or take them too fast. Concentrate on cornering carefully, don’t be tempted to boost too much on the straights (apart from the very end of the race), and keep your eye on the time – you have 1:30 to hit 15 checkpoints, so do the math to make sure you’re still on time.

The second part of this chapter is a bit of an anomaly. You’ll find all traffic around the city is frozen in place and you need to pursue a speeding ambulance to keep your heart rate up. It’s especially important to stay within the orange trails behind the ambulance – you’ll know you’re doing this correctly as Tanner’s car glows orange and emits a fizzing sound. Don’t get too close, or the ambulance will disappear completely and reappear further up the road. Before long, Tanner realises that he doesn’t need to swerve around frozen vehicles and the chase gets faster. Just keep in the orange trails and the chapter will soon be completed.
