Easy way to do it:
Go to enemy base while playing Team Deathmatch or Capture the Flag and wait at their spawn. Come as close as possible to the enemy, and press the granade throw button. You'll do it after 1-2 tries surely.

On the most common capture the flag map (bloodgulch) there are sticky 'nades at the hidden passage on your left when you spawn.
