Alright well this achievement is a grind but its not that much of one.i just got this achievement today in 143 games with an average of 19.98 points per game.There are a couple tips that will help you get this achievement alot faster.
Obviously dont play as a defenseman,but pick Centre instead. There will be many times when the face off is in the opponents end of the ice and you win the face off and hope that the Dman who gets it scores a goal giving you an assist.
adjust the sliders in your favor for everything that is available. This will obviously make your player stronger,faster and more accurate in everything he does. Also make sure to adjust how the opponents goalie is affected by screens from your teammates.
Turn off the penalties in the game so you dont have to worry about taking bad penalties or losing time when your team is on the PK or PP.
Turn off the offsides and icing so that you can pretty much be a goal suck and stay in the offensive zone all the time.
Last but not least focus on goals more then assists.i got just over 1000 points in my first 82 games with a balance of assists and goals but in the 61 games i played in my second season i ended up with 1500 goals and 300 by never passing unless there was no chance of me getting a goal. |
