I earnt this at the end of my 2nd season.

Playing on 'Pro' difficulty, during my first season I won the 'Rookie of the Year' trophy - this does NOT get you the achievement!

Once I earnt XP and levelled up, at the end of the 2nd season I won 4 trophies / awards (the Art Ross being the first, and this unlocked it).
