It's really easy on servers with huge number of people and playing team game on standard maps. There are always some afkers, and someone who stays around them and kills them.
1. Hide close to your base, let the killer kill few of your mates at the spawn.
2. When he kills at least 5-6 people (killing spree) - kill him.
There are a lot of modification servers, providing infinite number of sticky granades or rocket launcher. If you are on one like this, make your shot well hit. The best would be rocket or sniper rifle.
