Blueclaw & 1st, rush hour. There are two large rectangular holes to the east & west of the junction, between the two halves of the road. Try to position yourself in the trashmaster (elite, if you've unlocked it) as central as possible, if you need to crashbreak a couple of times to do this it doesn't matter. Then just wait for crashed traffic to build up to the left & right of you & BOOM! - bob's your uncle, 'chieve unlocked. Took me 3 or 4 attempts.
As sonnyforple says in the comments, even in this prime position there is still an element of luck involved in getting enough cars in the right positions for it to work.

| I got this really easy on Skywing and 1st. While Blueclaw and 1st works great as well, I recommend trying Skywing if you end up getting stuck on this achievement. In the video below, I show exactly where to go to easily get the achievement.Good luck!
