I reccommend the 1st level mainly because it is easy to block and easy to find all the 4 cars required. The cars are each in a quater of the level with the road as the cut.
The key is to block up the middle intersection with as many cars untill the Good Cops bonus unlocks and then start making your move. The Gold car should be your last one to go for as destroying the house usually blows it up with it and the house gets very damaged from the Good Cops pile up. Try to get the bottom 2 cars first as both of these should take 2 explosions to get to explode depending on what car you use. When you get the magnet unlock move as fast as you can near the cars and when they get into your pull move to the next one and you should get them in the explosions from the other cars following you.
Car Locations:
- Gold Car #1 is in the North East corner behind the large house
- Sports Car #1 is in the South East next to the sheds just bellow the house
- Sports Car #2 is in the South West in the lot behind the billboard
- Sports Car #3 is in the North West next to 2 other cars behind the small house
