This achievement is earned once you begin Mission 2: Military Compound. It unlocks as soon as you load up the level.

Adrenaline is the first of 4 "abilities" you get in Bodycount and is mapped to Up on the D-Pad. Activating it will make you invulnerable to damage, while draining your intelligence bar.
