Very easy achievement to get and even easier if you start a co-op session immediately after finishing the prologue; simply complete five quests during a co-op session. If you join someone else's game, these can even be quests you've already completed yourself in singleplayer or other sessions--as long as they are quests being completed in the game you're in, you don't even technically have to participate.
